Before starting OneStop Wings and PoBoys, we left our Mississippi homes to study in Baton Rouge Louisiana: one of us went to LSU and the other to Southern University. During that time we were introduced to Louisiana and Creole cuisine, shaping our menu ideas.
Growing up as natives in the “River City” of Moss Point, MS with access to the Gulf of Mexico, we grew up around some of the best fishing and some of the best cooking, the Mississippi Gulf Coast had to offer. Although cousins, we grew up like brothers, playing percussion in junior high school and high school bands. After graduating high school we both achieved our undergraduate degrees in Baton Rouge, LA: (Byron, B.S. in Electronic Engineering at Southern University) and (Gary, B.S. in Microbiology at Louisiana State University) while both served in the Louisiana Army National Guard as college roommates.
Almost 30 years later we reunited as business partners to establish Liddell Holdings, LLC the parent company of OneStop Wings and PoBoys. Based on our life travels and food experiences, we are proud to offer the Absolute Best Wings and PoBoys on the Gulf Coast.
